Inspections are an important step on the road to selling, acquiring, or moving into a new property. Having a qualified Inspector examine the property can give a potential seller, buyer, or tenant a better understanding of the overall condition of their potential new home or workspace. Inspectors perform a visual examination of the property and assess it against the standards set by their certifying organization, in my case both The American Society of Home Inspectors and The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

My Range

I am located in Sonoma County and service Sonoma, Napa, and Marin Counties regularly. I will travel as far south as Sausalito, as far north as Hopland, As far east as Vacaville, and as far west as Jenner.  I have no issue going anywhere beyond those boundaries, but I may need to assess a reasonable fuel surcharge to cover the cost of travel.

Home Inspections

As a potential home-buyer or as someone looking to sell a home, a Home Inspection is an important step to reducing your liability once the sale closes. A qualified Home Inspection Report will help you disclose any known issues to a buyer, or may enable you to negotiate a fairer price with the seller.

Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Inspections

Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are a popular solution for adding residential space to a property without a total remodel of an existing home. An Accessory Dwelling Unit will need a thorough inspection from a knowledgeable Inspector who is familiar with the specific characteristics of these structures.

Manufactured Home Inspections

Manufactured homes are popular options for housing, and their popularity continues to grow. Manufactured homes, whether they're rolled in like a Mobile Home, or a kit-style home assembled on-site, will need a thorough inspection from a knowledgeable Inspector who is familiar with the specific characteristics of these homes.

Condominium and Townhome Inspections

Condominiums and Townhomes are a desirable purchase for people looking for a first-time home or for folks looking to downsize into a smaller place to live. These homes tend to be simpler than larger and more involved homes, but it's still wise to inspect your condominium or townhome before buying, selling, or leasing.

Pool and Hot Tub Inspections

Pools and hot tubs are popular features in many homes, and they should be evaluated by a qualified Inspector when looking to sell or purchase a home with one. A Pool Inspection Report will help illuminate any maintenance and safety concerns that should be addressed before you close.

Well Inspections

Many homes and properties do have wells, and it's always a good idea to have a Well Inspection performed by a qualified Inspector. This will provide you with an overall assessment of the equipment and safety features of the well so you have adequate knowledge before the deal is closed.
